St. Margaret’s School 5th grader Eli Hill shows compassion and faith. Last Monday, Eli chose to fast at lunch and pray for peace in the world. He did this without boasting or drawing attention to himself, even when classmates remarked on the tasty food. His ability to stay true to a higher cause is inspiring. Eli’s genuine kindness and love for strangers around the world encourage even adults to strengthen their own faith. “The idea that a 5th grader loved others so much to give up his meal and pray should break any hard hearts. Truly I looked up to him today.” God has big plans for you, Eli!
