Lucas Piquette was nominated as the St. Margaret’s School student of the week by Mrs. Witt.
Lucas Piquette, 3rd-grader at St. Margaret’s School and two-time Student of the Week, showed outstanding kindness last week. When he noticed some kindergarteners struggling to focus during Morning Prayer, he unassumingly went down and sat beside them. With gentle words and actions, he helped guide them to listen. His compassion and leadership remind us all—students and adults—of the incredible power of gentle, compassionate correction. Lucas, your heart reflects the love of Jesus, and as Mrs. Witt says, “Jesus smiles when He sees you!” Good work. Keep shining Christ’s light for others.
