Lucas Piquette was nominated as the St. Margaret’s School student of the week by La Vina Witt.
Lucas Piquette, a 3rd grader at St. Margaret’s School, consistently helps his classmates by encouraging, calming, and assisting them in reading and math. His teacher, Mrs. Witt, is impressed with how he helps without giving answers, and she says his kindness and inclusion extend beyond the classroom. He embodies faith and integrity. Mrs. Witt notes his potential for great leadership and sees Jesus in Lucas’s loyalty, integrity, and compassion. Lucas is a good student and friend, and he truly lives out his faith. He models the St. Margaret’s School values of kindness, honesty, and hard work.
