Mila Mejorado is a fifth-grader at St. Margaret’s School, and though the school year just began on Tuesday, she already shines as a leader. Even before 8:00 am at drop-off on the first day of school, she went out of her way to welcome new students, making them feel loved and at home. When faced with another challenge Wednesday morning, she stepped up with loyalty and confidence, showing that true leaders grow by embracing what isn’t always easy, comfortable, or convenient. Mila demonstrated the cherished St. Margaret’s School values of kindness, honesty, and effort. Go, Mila!
