First-grader Miyah Mellado radiates calm strength and focus in everything she does. She’s already mastered the art of staying grounded – choosing peace, keeping her energy on what matters, and staying true to herself. In church, Miyah faces forward and participates reverently in the Mass, and she's attentive in class. She has a unique, quiet confidence. Already as a first-grader, she's the best kind of friend – steady, sweet, honest, and balanced. We are lucky to have her at our school. She embodies the cherished St. Margaret’s School values of kindness, honesty, and effort.
