St. Stephens Indian School held a special lunch to honor Fremont County veterans Thursday afternoon.
Anyone who served, in any branch and at any time, was invited to attend the lunch served by St. Stephens students and staff.
Lunch included entertainment provided by Patton Teran who performed a rendition of John Lennon’s song “Imagine.” Traditional Native American songs were also performed, and the St. Stephens 2nd-grade class performed the Pledge of Allegiance in both English and Arapaho.
