Get Ready for the 5th Annual Crossroads of Wyoming Speed Trials!

If you’re a fan of fast cars, roaring engines, and community competition, mark your calendar for the 5th Annual Crossroads of Wyoming Speed Trials happening Sunday, July 20th in Shoshoni! The action takes place at 1310 West 7th Street, and this year promises even more excitement for racers and spectators alike.
Drivers can begin checking in at 7:00 AM, with gates opening to the public at 7:30 AM. Speed trials are set to start around 8:00 AM, so come early and get ready to feel the adrenaline. Spectators can watch all the action for free! Bring the family!
This 1/8 mile event features a variety of racing classes, including:
- Under 70 mph
- Under 85 mph
- Under 100 mph
- Under 115 mph
- Over 115 mph
- Motorcycles *new this year!
- Top Gun 2025
- People’s Choice
Whether you’re a seasoned racer or just testing your limits, there’s a class for everyone.
Racers can purchase a single run pass for $10 or go all day for $40.
New This Year: Speed Trials Cash Days!
In addition to the regular races, we’re introducing brand-new side by side drag racing for those who want to raise the stakes. Our Cash Days event is open to all vehicles with a $200 buy-in. This includes a $50 tech card and $150 straight to the prize pot—winner takes all! It’s a “Run What You Brung” format, meaning AWD is welcome, cars and trucks only, and races will be heads-up with a flashlight start. Think you’ve got what it takes? Let’s see what you’ve got!
