(Fremont County, WY) – Eleven Fremont County wrestlers, paced by four from Lander Valley High School reached the semi-finals in their respective 2-A, 3-A and 4-A Classifications.
Ty McWilliams (106), Henry Quiver (120), Landon Jones (144) and Cody West (157) all made the Class 3-A final four for the Lander Tigers.
Riverton’s Weston McLaughlin is in the Class 4-A semi-finals at165 pounds.
A pair of wrestlers from Shoshoni and Dubois are in the semi-finals. Brody Shepard at 126 and Wiley Philleo at 157 reached for the Wranglers.
Siler Hess and Sammie Cyrus are in the semis from Dubois and Wind River’s Landon Rhyne is a semi-finalist at 126.
Wyoming Indian 285 pound wrestler Roland Burton is also one step away from the state championships.
