(Jackson, WY) – The countdown begins for the second annual Teton Leadership Center’s (TLC’s) Fall Summit, where innovators, leaders, and change-makers will gather to explore the frontiers of human possibility, organizational transformation, and cultural shift. This year’s theme, Human Intelligence: Bold Leadership for a Purpose-Driven Future, promises to ignite crucial conversations and connections.
“The conference will build on last year’s Summit, which was all about leading from the heart and igniting values-based leadership. This year, we will dig deeper into visioning and strategies to think differently and disrupt what’s not serving our businesses, organizations, communities, and planet as concrete strategies to better steward personal growth for ourselves and our teams,” says Sue Muncaster, TLC Executive Director.

Thursday afternoon’s event will feature a cocktail reception at the Walk Festival Hall followed by a candid and unfiltered conversation with Howard Behar, former President of Starbucks, who will share raw insights on servant leadership, corporate culture, and putting people first.
Following Behar, Dr. Vivienne Ming, a professional “Mad Scientist,” neuroscientist, and entrepreneur who has launched a dozen companies and nonprofits using her AI inventions, will explore the Heart of AI and Building Better People.
TOOLS FOR TRANSFORMATION Friday, September 27, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday morning will feature a keynote and workshop with Australian changemaker Dr. Leyla Acaroglu, who was named by the United Nations a Champion of the Earth. Her topic, Designing A World That Works for All,will weave together systems, design and creative thinking with sustainability and insights into behavior and social conventions to challenge attendees to activate significant change by thinking and doing differently.
Friday afternoon will feature a second keynote and workshop from resilience strategist Shawn Ellis. Ellis will present his 5 C’s to Adapt and Change and guide leaders and teams toward adaptability and resilience, offering insights rooted in mindfulness, neuroscience, and psychology. Both Friday sessions will be followed by small group breakout sessions facilitated by local leadership coaches who will follow up with attendees after the conference.
