This weekend is the 34th annual Dance Academy recital at the Lander Valley High School. See amazing young dance students show off all the skills they’ve learned throughout the past school year. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids age 3-12.

💧 Wind River Agriculture & Water Symposium – a day of presentations, panel discussion, and a community workshop around water and agriculture on the Wind River Indian Reservation starting at 8 a.m. at the CWC Health & Science Building (2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton).
🪩 Shine Dance Fitness – Join the CWC’s Friday morning dance workout sessions in Dubois! Every Friday at the Duffy Fitness Center (5645 US Hwy 26, Dubois) from 8:15 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
📚 Lander Library Book Nook – The Book Nook is in the lower level of the Carnegie building (451 N Second St) and has a good selection of used books in all subject areas, DVDs, audio books, music CDs, and, often, games and puzzles available from Noon until 4 p.m.
🤡 Circus Genoa – Acrobats, jugglers, and more starts at 4:30 p.m. at the LOTRA Building (1663 Rodeo Dr., Lander). A second show is at 7:30 p.m.
🃏 Family Fun Night with Mel – Mountain Grace Church (27 Gilliland Ave., Dubois) hosts a fun family-friendly night of magic and entertainment. Light refreshments provided! From 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
🐦 Birding the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem – A two day series starts Friday with a webinar at 7 p.m., followed by a field trip from the National Bighorn Sheep Center (10 Bighorn Lane, Dubois) at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.
🆓 FREE EVENT: Free Play Friday – The Lander Library (451 N Second St, Lander) hosts play time for moms and their little ones in the Discovery Room, starting at 10:30 a.m.

🐾 Lander Pet Connection Rummage Sale and Pet Adoption Event – Head over to the historic Livery Stable at the Pioneer Museum (1443 W. Main St., Lander) for a day filled with thrifting fun and adoptable pet snuggles, starting at 8 a.m.
🎨 PREZervation: The Art of Al Hubbard – The Lander Pioneer Museum’s (1443 W Main St, Lander) exhibit of contemporary art by Wind River artist Al Hubbard continues throughout 2025. The Museum is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
🏀 Youth Intro to Basketball – For second through fourth graders at the Dubois K-12 Gym (700 N 1st St., Dubois) starting at 9 a.m.
🚜 Major’s Equipment Auction – Western Auction Company will be at 821 S. Railroad Avenue in Riverton starting at 9:00 a.m. will tools, farm equipment, and other outdoor and shop items.
⛳ “Fore” the Kids Charity Golf Tournament – Join the Child Development Services of Fremont County starting at 9:30 a.m. for an inspiring day on the Riverton Country Club (4275 Country Club Road, Riverton) to raise funds for children in need.

🐶 Paws for Life Bingo Fundraiser – Come to the Little Wind Building at the Fremont County Fairgrounds (1010 Fairground Road, Riverton) starting at 5:30 p.m. for great prizes, loaded potatoes, and a fun night for the whole family.
🆓 FREE EVENT: Jam Time – Every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the Lander Art Center (258 Main St., Lander) welcomes people of all ages and skill sets to jam together
