The annual Dubois rummage sale is this weekend! Families from Crowheart to Togwotee Pass will have their treasures for sale during this one-of-a-kind event.
Most locations along the sale route will open at 8 a.m. on Saturday and continue selling through Sunday at 5 p.m. For a list of sales in Dubois and a map of their locations, click here to download this year’s flyer.

Friday:
🥞 Friday Breakfast – The Riverton Senior Center (303 East Lincoln Ave, Riverton) hosts a community breakfast open to all, starting at 7 a.m. If you miss breakfast, stop by the Senior Center at 7 p.m. for bingo, $10 / card!
The Veterans Coffeehouse – Every weekday from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Lander Community Veterans Resource Center (190 Custer Street, Lander), enjoy a free cup of coffee and spend some time with a veteran.
🥪 First Friday Lunch and Learn – The Riverton Chamber of Commerce hosts this monthly networking event at Central Wyoming College (2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton) from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Tris Munsick & the Innocents – Rocky Mountain Country Music Songwriter of the Year, Tris Munsick, will be playing with the Innocents at the Lander Pioneer Museum Livery Stable (1445 W Main St, Lander) tonight, with doors opening at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 for adults, $5 for students. There will be food trucks on site!
🆓 FREE EVENT: Fremont County Museum First Fridays – The Dubois Museum, Pioneer Museum in Lander, and Riverton Museum have free admission with at least one paying adult from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every first Friday of the month.
Saturday:
Sinks Canyon Cave Trek – Meet at the Riverton Museum (700 E Park Ave, Riverton) starting at 9 a.m. to take a guided cave tour located at Sinks Canyon State Park. Participants should be prepared and able to walk through a cave for 2 to 3 hours. The minimum age is 10 years old. Reservations are required in advance. Cost: $15
🎃 Mosaic Stained Glass Lantern Workshop – The Lander Art Center (258 Main St, Lander) hosts the first of two stained glass workshops with the lantern series. The first session starts at 10 a.m. and followup classes continue through next week. Cost: $85, registration required.
Mama Walk – The Free Range Mamas host a riverwalk for moms, pregnant women, and friends starting at 10 a.m. Meet at the Riverton Fairgrounds trailhead.
🌳 Tree Surveying at City Park – The City of Riverton will be identifying what sort of trees can be added to City Park (901 E Fremont Ave, Riverton). Volunteers are needed and will be trained starting at 10 a.m.
Jam Time – The Lander Art Center (258 Main St., Lander) is hosting an open jam from 10 a.m. until Noon. All instruments, ages, and skill levels welcome.
🐴 Wind River Wild Horse Sanctuary Adoption Event – The Wind River Wild Horse Sanctuary (8616 US-287, Lander) will be facilitating wild horse adoptions and BLM representatives will be on site to approve applications, allowing adopters to take home their new equine companion the same day. Starts at 10 a.m.
Ladies Night Out – Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Big Horn Basin Chapter is hosting a ladies night out fundraiser starting at 5 p.m. at the Headwaters Convention Center (20 Stalnaker St., Dubois). Tickets: $35
🐶 18th Annual Paws and Pearls – This banquet to benefit the PAWS for Life Animal League starts at 6 p.m. in the St. Margaret’s School Gym (220 N 7th St E, Riverton). Tickets: $50
Bar 10 Comedy Night – Join Rio Hillman and County 10’s own Vincent Tropea at Bar 10 (114 S Broadway Ave) in Riverton at 7 p.m. for Comedy Night. Free cover, 21 and over only.
🆓 FREE EVENT: Arts in Action – Meet at the Riverton branch library at 2 p.m. for a music recital featuring Dr. Brooks Whitmore on piano and Dan Foster on clarinet.
Sunday:
👴🏽 Grandparent’s Day Celebration – Join Eastern Shoshone Tribal Health for a tribute to grandparents for Grandparent’s Day! There will be food, refreshments, games, and other fun activities for the whole family. Starts at 11 a.m. at Rocky Mountain Hall (19 North Fork Rd, Fort Washakie).
Middlefork Comedy Night – Join Rio Hillman and County 10’s own Vincent Tropea at The Middle Fork (351 Main St, Lander) at 6:30 p.m. for Comedy Night. Free cover, 21 and over only.
