Are you interested in helping re-create history? The National Pony Express Association will have an informational meeting this Saturday at 10 a.m. in Lander.
Each June, members of the NPEA recreate the Pony Express from St. Joseph Missouri to Sacramento. The 1,966-mile, eight state event includes over 750 participants from all walks of life who love horse riding.
If you’re 14 or over, have your own horse, and are interested in checking out the Re-Ride event this summer, don’t miss Saturday’s meeting!

📚 Lander Book Nook – Visit the Book Nook at the Lander Library’s Carnegie Building (451 North 2nd St, Lander) from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. to browse books, CDs, DVDs, and games and puzzles.
❤️ “I Love Lander” – Stop by the Lander Art Center (258 Main Street, Lander) from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for the last day of an exhibition that celebrates the heart of the community.
✝️ Gather25 – Starting at 6 p.m. the Mountain Grace Church (27 Gilliland Ave., Dubois) hosts a 25-hour prayer session.
🆓 FREE EVENT: Free Play Friday – The Lander Library (451 N Second St, Lander) hosts play time for moms and their little ones in the Discovery Room, starting at 10:30 a.m.

💿 Friends of the Riverton Branch Library Book Sale – Head to the Riverton Branch Library (1330 W Park Ave, Riverton) Mezzanine for a used book, dvd and LP sale from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
🎸 Lander Ambassadors Extravaganza! – A fundraiser for the Lander Volunteer Fire Department and Child Development Services kicks off at 5:30 p.m. at the Lander Community Center (950 Buena Vista Dr, Lander). Cost: $20
👢 St. Margaret’s School Dinner Dance – Head to the Catholic School Gym (220 North 7th Street East, Riverton) for “Nashville Nights,” a 21+ only fundraiser starting at 6:00 p.m. Cost: $50
🎨 Paint with a Twist – Join Cindy Moore at Dennison Lodge (909 W Ramshorn, Dubois) starting at 6:30 p.m., all supplies included! Cost: $30
🆓 FREE EVENT: Jam Time – Every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the Lander Art Center (258 Main St., Lander) welcomes people of all ages and skill sets to jam together.
