It’s the last weekend for the Fremont County Fair! Friday night’s headliner is now George Ducas; Saturday is the Junior Livestock Sale, and Crazy 8 Racing to close out the Grandstand Arena events.

📚 Lander Library Book Nook – The Book Nook is in the lower level of the Carnegie building (451 N Second St) and has a good selection of used books in all subject areas, DVDs, audio books, music CDs, and, often, games and puzzles available from Noon to 4 p.m.
🤠 Dubois Friday Night Rodeo – Every Friday night in Dubois at the Clarence Allison Memorial Arena (5639 US-26, Dubois) starting at 7:30 p.m. Cost: $20
🖌️ Watercolor en Plein Air – Join Lander Burton for a two-day plein air workshop: Friday evening orientation at the Lander Art Center from 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturday morning session in Sinks Canyon from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost: $75

🆓 FREE EVENT: Archaeology Day – Learn about archaeological practices, play some archaeology related games and activities, even discover and take home your own artifact from the Riverton Museum (700 E Park Ave., Riverton) from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
🦉 Incredible Raptors! – Join Sinks Canyon State Park (3018 Sinks Canyon Rd.) and the Draper Museum Raptor Experience crew at the Visitor’s Center at 1 p.m. for a fun and educational program about raptors featuring the Swainson’s Hawk – Hayden. Cost: FREE!
🏎️ Figure 8 – Last day of Fair Week with 6 Cylinder Figure 8 Races, starting at 6:30 p.m. Head the Grand Arena at the Fremont County Fair (1010 Fairgrounds Drive, Riverton).
🎸 Live Music with Quinlan Valdez – The Rustic Pine Tavern (123 E. Ramshorn, Dubois) continues Summer Music Fest with Quinlan Valdez at 7:00 p.m.
