Adelyn Anderson won her second state championship in setting a new Class 3-A record in discus with a throw of 154-9. The Lander 4×800 meter relay team ran to gold behind solid relay legs from Katy Anderson, Ameya Eddy, Daisy Goklish, and Dorothy Jensen in 9:41.06.
Other points came with a second-place aleap in the long jump by Paisley Hollingshead.

Lander had three girls on the podium in the 800-meter run with Daisy Goklish second (2:22.29) Ameya Eddy fifth (2:24.16) and Katy Anderson eighth (2:24.29)
Alexa Colman and Ella Giesmann tied for fifth in the pole vault (9-0) and Daegan Reinhardt was seventh in the discus at 117-5.
The 4×100 meter relay team of Eliza Scott, Alexa Colman, Lily Grundey and Ella Giesmann was fifth in 51.36.
Entering the final day of competition Lander holds a 91 to 63 lead over second place Cody. The Lady Tigers have seven girls in the finals of the 100, 200, and 400-meter dashes, three qualified in the 1600-meter run and the second fastest 4×400-meter relay team waiting to finish the day late Saturday afternoon.

In other 4×100 meter classification races, the Lander boys team of Fin Johnson, Brayden Baker, Brayden Johnson-Baker, and Cade Hallock finished fourth in 3-A in 44.76.
Riverton’s team of Ashely Prettyman, Victoria Gale, Cadence McGuffey, and Addison Alley was sixth in 4-A girls in 49.86.
Dubois placed fourth in 1-A girls in 54.52 with the team of Briauna Grove, Daisy Burnett, Jemma Wadge, and Naomi Johnson. The Rams 4×100 team of Jonah Witonski, Zander Hawkins, Seth Dvergsdal, and Siler Hess was sixth in 47.02.
Shoshoni’s quarter was third in 53.17 with legs by Peyton Arnhold, Sawyer Arnhold, Addie Mason, and Sway Fike.

Individually, Shoshoni sophomore Prestley Barta was second in the high jump at 4-11, Riverton’s Alexis Taylor was third in the 4-A discus with a throw of 124-5.
Shoshoni’s Oakley Hicks was seventh in the triple jump with a 37-11 leap.
Emma Miller of Wind River was fourth in the 2-A shot put with a throw of 34-0.25, and Anessa White of Wyoming Indian was seventh in the event with a 31-10 throw.

The Lady Chiefs ran to second in the 4×800 meter relay in 10:58.80 behind Marysa Trumbull, Justice Isis, Dai’Onna Posey, and Feather Spoonhunter. The Wyoming Indian boys placed sixth with the team of Jordan Black, Marley C’Hair, Kaiden Moss, and Colton Sun Rhodes in 9:03.67.
