(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a regular meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The tentative agenda, which is subject to change at any time, includes a monthly update from Clerk of District Court Amanda Sanchez.
The Commission will also hold two public hearings on Tuesday: one on budget transfers and unanticipated revenues within Fremont County’s 2024-2025 budget, and another on a transfer of ownership for a retail liquor license.
A budget hearing with the Wind River Visitors Council will be held before lunch, and there are eight budget hearings scheduled for the afternoon, with:
- Transportation (1% and RCF)
- Extension
- District Court
- Public Health and Grants
- Recreation Commission
- Solid Waste Disposal District
- WIC
- Commissioners/Ambulance
Tuesday’s meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance and will be live-streamed on Fremont County’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
