With 6 of 6 precincts reporting and absentee votes, at the Fremont County Courthouse, the total reads 1,992 votes for Gard and 1,178 votes for Baker, with 11 total write-in votes.
That’s a margin of 814 more votes for Gard.
The incumbent, Baker, has served as Riverton’s Mayor for the last four years.
