Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon provided the annual State of the State address Monday, February 10th from Cheyenne.
Gordon discussed state financial health, natural resources, economic development, energy, and about a few other issues facing Wyoming.
The 2020 Legislative budget session also began Monday in Cheyenne.
