(Fremont County, WY) – 17-year-old Kyrin Tober Arthur has been reported missing, according to the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation Missing Persons page. He was last seen on May 4.
Kyrin is 5’11”, weighs 170 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a white shirt and grey and black denim jeans.
