(Fremont County, WY) – The Wyoming high school football playoffs will be well represented with teams from County 10. Shoshoni, Wind River, Dubois, Lander and Riverton have all secured playoff spots.
Here’s how week 8 went for local teams.
THURSDAY:
Greybull 62 Wyoming Indian 12 *Season comes to a conclusion for the Chiefs*
Wind River 6 Rocky Mountain 0 *Cougars are #4 seed from the 1A west, earn playoff game at Lingle-Ft. Laramie*
FRIDAY:
Lander 42 Buffalo 35 *Tigers are #4 seed from 3A east, earn playoff game at Star Valley*
Riverton 37 Rawlins 13 *Wolverines are #2 seed from 3A east, will host playoff game against Powell*
SATURDAY:
1:00 p.m. Shoshoni @ Big Piney *Shoshoni is in the playoffs regardless of outcome, can be either 1, 2, or 3 seed based on action Saturday*
2:00 p.m. Casper Christian @ Dubois *Rams are locked into a #3 seed, will travel to Riverside in first round of playoffs*
