As the Director of Nursing, you will:
- Lead and manage the nursing department to ensure top-notch resident care.
- Develop and oversee nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to our dedicated nursing team.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a positive, resident-centered environment.
- Current RN license (in good standing).
- Previous experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
