The dedicated Fremont County Fair staff and board have been working around the clock, and guess what? The 2024 Fair is about to hit town! Get ready for a great time from July 27th to August 3rd, with a theme that’s sure to put a smile on your face: “Whatever Floats Your Goat!”

This year’s fair promises something special for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned livestock enthusiast, a curious kiddo, or just looking for some down-home fun, the Fremont County Fair has you covered. Here’s a sneak peek at what awaits:
- Exhibit Halls: Enjoy the creativity and talent of Fremont County with stunning displays of agriculture, horticulture, culinary, art, and more along with the hard work of the 4-H projects, and FFA exhibits.
- Night Shows: Buckle up for exciting evening entertainment, from the ever popular Hog N’ Mud Wrestling to the awe-inspiring Knights of Valour jousting competition. Check the fair schedule for details and ticket information. (Separate article will detail these thrilling events!)
- Fair Parade: Celebrate community spirit and Fremont County on Saturday, July 27th, at 10:00 a.m. on Main Street in Riverton. Entries are due July 22nd.
- Fremont Family Day: Don’t miss the free Family Day on Sunday, July 28th! Enjoy a delicious free lunch, live music by Cale Moon, laser maze, putt putt golf and bounce houses.
- Kidz Zone: Yeehaw! Little ones are encouraged to participate in events designed just for them. From stick-horse races to sidewalk chalk art to making ice cream in a bag, there’s fun everyday. Check out all the opportunities here. Kidz Zone is for kids 8 and under.
- Fair Food: No fair is complete without indulging in some tasty treats. From classic corn dogs and funnel cakes to unique local specialties, prepare to tantalize your taste buds with the variety of food vendors. And don’t miss the Food Truck Rally on Friday, August 2nd and Saturday, August 3rd.
Mega Passes
Get your passes now for all 7 nights of awesome entertainment! The early bird discount for the pass that will get you into every night event is $70 until Tuesday, July 23. After that date the Mega Pass price increases to $80.
Important Information for Exhibitors
Don’t forget! Exhibitors need to pick up their tags on Monday, July 22nd by 6:00 p.m.
