(Dubois, WY)—The National Day of the Cowboy is July 27, 2024, and according to the Dubois Western Activities Association (DWAA), several local businesses and organizations are celebrating this national event.
This year, the DWAA teamed up with The Outside Circle Show to offer two nights of free working cowboy music, July 26 & 27, at the Rustic Pine Tavern.
Also, author J.B. Zielke (of Saratoga), who wrote a book about cowboying on six continents, is coming to town for a meet-and-greet and book signing.
The Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 4th annual Wild West Brewfest on Saturday, July 27, from noon to 6 p.m. in the Town Park. Additional details about the Brewfest can be found on the Chamber’s Facebook page.
The DWAA also said several churches are doing Cowboy Church on Sunday, July 28.
