(Arapahoe, WY) – The Northern Arapaho Tribal Committee and Tribal Programs will be hosting a Halloween Carnival on October 21.
The Carnival will take place from 6 to 9 PM at #17 Great Plains Road in Arapahoe.
In addition to the costume contests, there will be games, prizes, treats and a cake walk.
