(Fremont County, WY) – As the 30th annual Pedigree Stage Stop Dog Sled Race comes to a close this weekend, fans will once again have a chance to mingle with the mushers and mutts at meet and greets in both Lander and Dubois.
Lander’s meet and greet will take place on Main Street this evening, February 6, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
The race will continue tomorrow morning, February 7, at 9 AM at the Louis Lake Road parking lot (Highway 28 on South Pass).
The Dubois meet and greet will take place tomorrow, February 7, from 4 to 6 PM in Town Park, coinciding with Winterfest events from 5 to 7 PM at Dennison Lodge and other fun happenings on race day, February 8.
Saturday’s final leg (Stage Seven) will take place at the Sheridan Snow Oval trailhead (near Union Pass, east of Dubois), at 9 AM.
