(Lander, WY) – Organizers have shared plans for a “Reproductive Freedom Rally,” set to take place in Lander tomorrow, January 18, starting at 10 AM.
The rally/march will begin at Dairy Land and conclude at Centennial Park, where guest speakers are planned to address the crowd.
“The Reproductive Freedom Rally seeks to continue the national momentum of individuals and states to uphold a woman’s right to healthcare in the wake of the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022,” the rally release states. “Our mission is to help keep abortion safe and legal, as it currently is in Wyoming. Our vision is for all people to have access to abortion care, which is fundamental healthcare.”
“The Reproductive Freedom Rally also stands with the People’s March and will march in solidarity on January 18 in Lander, Wyoming,” the release continues. “We are committed to collective liberation, to freedom for all people.”
