(Riverton, WY) – Calling all patriotic gardeners!
In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, the Riverton Garden Club is hosting a Patriotic Yard Contest for homes within Riverton city limits.
Entries must include flowers or plants and may also feature patriotic décor. To enter, submit your name, address, and telephone number by email to rivertonwygardenclub@yahoo.com or by Facebook Messenger to Riverton WY Garden Club.
The entry deadline is 6 p.m. on July 2.
On July 3, Riverton Garden Club judges will tour all submitted yards and choose a winner. The winner will be contacted that day and have their picture taken. The winner will receive a gift basket from the Riverton Garden Club, along with a small removable sign declaring them the Riverton Garden Club Patriotic Yard Contest Winner.
