(Shoshoni, WY) – The Shoshoni Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the annual Town of Shoshoni Citizen of the Year Dinner on March 26.
The Dinner will take place at the Shoshoni Senior Center (214 E 2 Street) starting at 6:00 PM
This year’s dinner will be chicken-fried steak, or “the good stuff, the ‘loosen your belt a notch’ kind of good,” as organizers describe it.
“We are so honored to host this special evening celebrating one very deserving member of our community,” the event page states. “Shoshoni is filled with incredible people who give their time, their heart, and their energy to make our town such a wonderful place — and we cannot wait to celebrate this year’s lucky recipient.”
Reservations are not required, but organizers say they are strongly encouraged, “so we have a good idea how many chicken-fried steaks to cook (because running out would be a tragedy of historic proportions).”
