(Fremont County, WY) – Wyoming Game and Fish will be hosting season-setting public meetings for the Lander Region as March comes to a close, for “those interested in shaping the 2026 hunting seasons.”
Comments can be submitted at the public meetings, which also function as an opportunity to talk with local biologists and wardens, learn about the wildlife in your backyard, and ask questions.
The Lander Region meetings in Fremont County will take place in:
- Riverton | March 26 | 6 p.m.
Fremont County Library (1330 W. Park Ave.)
- Lander | March 31 | 6 p.m.
Lander Game & Fish Regional Office (260 Buena Vista Dr.)

Public comment is open through April 1 at 5 p.m.
