(Ethete, WY) – The Wind River Native Advocacy Center will be presenting the inaugural Holiday Hand Drum Parade tonight.
The parade will start at 6:30 PM at the Ethete Softball Field, with float entry beginning at 5:30 PM.
The parade will conclude at the Ethete Powwow Grounds, where the floats will be judged.
