(Riverton, WY) – The Wind River Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Riverton is holding its annual car show on July 11th, at 3:00 PM, at 1002 Forest Drive.
The Center is asking members of the community who have cool cars, trucks, bikes, and vehicles to stop by to show off for residents.
There is no registration of any kind, so volunteers can just show up. There will be a small prize for the residents’ favorite vehicle, with ice-cream and light refreshments for sale.
According to Activities Director Suzi Bond, last year’s event wasn’t the turnout they were hoping for due to COVID, and she wants this year to be big.
“We want this to have a big turnout, and we really want to boost the resident’s morale,” Bond stated, later referencing how much residents have been negatively affected by the lack of socializing this past year.
Once again, if interested in showing off your cool vehicle and brightening some deserving peoples’ day, just show up to the Wind River Rehabilitation and Wellness Center at 1002 Forest Drive, sometime before 3:00 PM on July 11th.
