(Riverton, WY) – The Wyoming Womens’ 5-Shot Rabbit Hunt returns to Riverton in January for its 47th year. The event aims to bring competitors, families, and community members together for a weekend focused on hunting and social events.
The event will take place January 9-10, with evening activities open to the public at the Odd Fellows Hall at 102 N 2nd Street West Riverton.
Festivities begin Friday, January 9, at 6 p.m. with a free spaghetti social featuring Calcutta betting, auctions, and raffles. Team hunts kick off early Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. followed by award presentations and a soup dinner at 6 p.m. on Saturday evening.
