(Riverton, WY) – The Wyoming Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs will host a Governor Candidates Youth Town Hall on Thursday, August 13, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the Boys & Girls Club of Riverton, 510 North First Street. The Town Hall will provide young people the opportunity to interact with and ask questions of Wyoming’s gubernatorial candidates about the issues that matter most to them and their peers.
The event is part of the Wyoming Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs’ civic engagement initiative, which encourages youth to become informed, engaged, and active participants in their communities and the democratic process.
During the forum, the gubernatorial candidates will answer questions submitted by youth who attend Boys & Girls Clubs across Wyoming, providing them a unique opportunity to become informed, engaged, and active in their communities and the democratic process..
