Each week, staff at Wyoming Indian High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Takara Ferris was nominated as the Wyoming Indian High School student of the week by Nancy Seiler.
Takara has demonstrated leadership skills in many extra-curricular activities in school. She is very responsible and gets good grades. In music, she has great determination to do well. She’s on time and gets busy right away. Takara has many friends and is well-liked by her peers. She’s successful in her grades and extra-curricular activities. She’s in Music Club, Traditional Club, Student Council and is a successful cross country runner, basketball and track.
