Each week, staff at Wind River School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior towards their peers and their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will present a scholarship of $500 to one of the students nominated! Click here to view all students.
Cody Harris was nominated as the Wind River High School student of the week by Kaylee Czeczok.
Sept. 15 – 18
Cody is the son of Velma Huelle and is a senior here at Wind River High School. He participates in upward bound, drama, drumline, track, and choir. A few of Cody’s special awards include All State Drama, lettering in Drama and Drumline, and is an Honor Roll Student. Outside of school, he is the President in FCA and has a part time job at Starbucks. After graduation,
Cody’s first career path is to go to college and pursue acting. If not, then he plans to go into market managing/ social media managing. Nominating staff describe Cody as “very hardworking and brings a positive attitude that uplifts everyone around him. He often goes out of his way to encourage and support other students.” Mr. Harris shows consistent leadership, kindness, and responsibility here at Wind River High School and carries those characteristics wherever he goes.
