Each week, staff at Wind River School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior towards their peers and their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will present a scholarship of $500 to one of the students nominated! Click here to view all students.
Elizabeth Barrett was nominated as the Wind River High School student of the week by Sally Crank.
Lizzy is the daughter of CJ Barrett and is a Junior here at Wind River High School. She participates in the schools’ Makerspace, wrestling, volleyball, and track. Outside of school, Lizzy babysits and enjoys woodworking. After graduation she plans on joining the Army. Nominating staff said, “Lizzy takes charge in the Makerspace and makes everything run smoothly. She is always on time and dependable. I love working with her and look forward to another fantastic year!” Lizzy’s kindness and respect has really come to light! Her positive attitude is something we all look forward to on a daily basis!
