Each week, staff at Wind River School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior towards their peers and their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will present a scholarship of $500 to one of the students nominated! Click here to view all students.
Ford David was nominated as the Wind River High School student of the week!
Ford David is currently a Junior at Wind River High School. He participates in Student Council, Varsity Basketball, and National Honor Society. A few of his special awards include 2nd Quarter Principal’s List, All Conference Basketball, and National Honor Society. Nominating staff comment that, “Ford does a great job mentoring younger students by setting a responsible and respectful example. He works hard in his classes and extracurricular activities. Ford always finds a way to make people smile with his big heart and kind personality!” Outside of school, Ford enjoys working on his grandpa’s ranch and playing baseball for the Lander LoBos. After graduation, Ford plans on attending college and working for his grandpa in his free time.
