Each week, staff at Wind River School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior towards their peers and their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will present a scholarship of $500 to one of the students nominated! Click here to view all students.
Jason Huelle was nominated as the Wind River High School student of the week.
Jason Huelle is currently a senior at Wind River High School. He participates in FFA, and is currently serving as the chapter’s secretary. A few of his awards include ’22 State Fair & NILE Market Lamb Champion, ’24 Champion Breeding Ewe, and ’24 Reserve Champion FFA Lamb Showman. Nominating staff comment that, “Jason always surprises me with how much of a work load he carries. He is so driven, working long hours as a CNA, taking college courses, participating in extracurriculars, and working with his livestock”. Outside of school, Jason enjoys showing livestock and helping upcoming 4h members with their animals. Jason also works as a certified nursing assistant. After graduation, he plans on pursuing a health science degree.
