Each week, staff at Wind River High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all students.
Paisley Brown was nominated as the Wind River High School student of the week by .
Paisley is the daughter of Travis & Kayla Brown. She participates in art, music, and also math competitions. A couple of Paisley special awards and honors include making art pieces that have went to State Art, as well as maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Paisley enjoys riding motorcycles with her family, painting skulls, designing clothes, and spending time writing. After graduation, Paisley plans on moving to Miami, Florida and either becoming a teacher or an emergency nurse! Nominating staff say, “Paisley is a student that consistently demonstrates readiness, responsibility, and respect in the classroom, both to her peers and to staff members. She makes it a priority to get her school work done, is willing to go above and beyond into more difficult material when presented to her, and is a pleasure to teach. Paisley shows up each day to class with an immense willingness to learn, try new things, and participate in whatever is asked of her, all with a smile on her face. She is overall persistent, determined, and a hard working individual who is the epitome of a high achieving student.” Congratulations Paisley Brown!
