America Oldman embodies true leadership, perseverance, and kindness. Every day, she brightens those around her with a warm smile and a spirit that inspires others to keep going. She faces every challenge with courage and determination, viewing each as a chance to grow stronger. America successfully completed the Welding program and is now excelling in the Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship program. With her sights set on securing an apprenticeship at the Ingalls Shipyard, she continues to set an outstanding example of hard work and leadership for her peers.
