Craven Garcia was nominated as the Wind River Job Corps student of the week by Tabatha Stence.
Craven came to Job Corps with a strong desire to take control of his future and learn the skills needed for a successful career. He has already completed the Heavy Equipment Operator trade and is now close to finishing the Heavy Truck Driving trade. His instructors consistently praise his dedication and attitude, saying, “We couldn’t ask for a more focused and committed student. We’re very proud of this young man.” Craven remains driven and goal-oriented, and he plans to join Local 800 in the spring, ready to continue building his career and contribute to the industry he’s passionate about.
