Dario Burke was nominated as the Wind River Job Corps student of the week by Welding Instructor Jayden Haslam.
Dario came to Job Corps feeling unsure, but his journey changed once he entered the welding program. Through welding, he found focus, confidence, and a sense of calm. What started as a skill quickly became a passion and a way for him to believe in himself. Dario is motivated to take control of his future and prove what he can accomplish. His instructor says, “Dario is a great student with a positive attitude. He works hard, supports others, and brings energy to the welding shop and the entire center. Job Corps has had a truly positive impact on his life, and he is going to do great things!
