Jayden Walker was nominated as the Wind River Job Corps student of the week by UBC Instructor Shawn Johnson.
Jayden set out to build a better future, for himself and for those who believe in him. After earning his high school diploma and driver’s license, he committed to the UBC Carpentry trade and is now close to completion. He thrives on the problem-solving that carpentry demands, turning challenges into accomplishments. His instructor praises his strong work ethic and natural ability to master new skills. With his confidence growing, Jayden is already considering advanced training or even a second trade, determined to keep building a life full of opportunity.
