Phoenix Dowdy was nominated as the Wind River Job Corps student of the week by Heavy Truck Driving Instructor Becky Little.
Phoenix has successfully completed the Heavy Truck Driving trade at Wind River Job Corps and is now preparing to take the next step toward her dreams. She will continue her education in a Culinary program, with the ultimate goal of owning and operating her own food truck. Throughout her time at Job Corps, Phoenix has faced challenges that could have slowed her down, but she never allowed them to define her journey. With determination, resilience, and a vision for her future, Phoenix is ready to embrace her next chapter.
