(Riverton, Wyo.) – Following a proclamation by Mayor Lars Baker last week, Christmas Wreaths were placed on the graves of Veterans at Riverton’s Mountain View Cemetery on Sunday. The national effort to recognize departed veterans is held on December 16th every year.
