House Bill 76 would allow microbrewers in Wyoming to sell their products at local events.
It has been endorsed by a legislative committee by a 4-1 vote this week and advances to the Senate for Consideration.
Under the bill, microbreweries could get 24-hour permits to sell beer at events.
There are 37 microbreweries in Wyoming according to an AP release.
