(Cheyenne, WY) – The Wyoming Department of Education is seeking public comment on the proposed Chapter 38 Rules pertaining to the passing of Enrolled Act 45 during the 2025 legislative session.
The new law modified the standards for satisfactory academic progress, amended minimum enrollment hours for Hathaway scholarship eligibility, and modified scholarship awards.

Public comment may be submitted via the online form or by email to bradley.barker@wyo.gov until 11:59 p.m. on October 30.
