Wyoming Health Fairs is offering our 33-Level Chemistry Panel to those in the Dubois area who are homebound, courtesy of the WY Small Dollar, Big Impact Grant from AARP.
The 33-Level Chemistry Panel includes heart, kidney, and liver functions, and a lipid panel – total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides. Also included are electrolyte levels, protein, iron, fasting glucose, TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone), uric acid, and carbon dioxide.
*12 hours fasting recommended unless you are diabetic.
They will come to you to provide the service – at no cost to you!
