Jackson resident Erik Ohlson pleaded guilty to murder and to manslaughter last week in Madison County, Idaho court.
The plea agreement was entered over two and a half years after Jennifer Nalley was killed on the porch of her Idaho cabin. Nalley was pregnant at the time of her murder.
Teton County Sheriff Tony Liford told the Jackson Hole News and Guide that the death penalty was taken out of the equation as part of the plea deal.
Ohlson’s sentencing will take place in May.
