A 42-year-old Wyoming man who has pleaded guilty in killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend has now withdrawn his request to change his plea.
According to the Jackson Hole News & Guide, Erik Ohlson from Jackson pleaded guilty in February to murder and manslaughter in the killing of Jennifer Nalley in her Idaho cabin.
Last week, he had made an attempt to change his plea, but attorneys say the court will instead now proceed to his May 9th sentencing.
Ohlson has been in custody in the Madison County Jail in Idaho since his July 2016 arrest.
