Yellowstone National Park’s east entrance will open for the first time this year on Friday morning. Motorists can expect delays, however because of construction in the area.
The road between Canyon Village and Lake Village is also set to open Friday.
Roads from the west gate to Madison Junction, Mammoth Hot Springs to Old Faithful, and Norris to Canyon Village were opened in mid-April.
Park officials tell the Cody Enterprise that motorists should always check park conditions before entering the park.
